For three generations the Taylor name has stood for unwavering quality, exceptional craftsmanship, and complete reliability.

Beginning in 1925 Harold Taylor began his quest to be a builder. Little did he know it would be a life long passion for him, and develop into a well established company that it is today, almost 90 years later. Harold’s son, Jack, grew up in the business with his father and incorporated it as StoneyRidge Developments in 1977, registering it with Tarion Home Warranty the same year. Jacks visions expanded the company also into land development, creating new communities. In 2003, his son, Jeff, took the reins, continuing the family tradition of building quality homes.

Today, Jeff works alongside his own son, Jordan, and a dedicated team of professionals, building custom homes, incredible townhomes, and beautiful communities.

Apart from custom homes, Jeff’s work encompasses a wide range and scale of projects, such as apartment buildings, commercial building renovations, home additions, and many others.

Recent undertakings include the development of Shadow Ridge Townhomes; StoneyRidge Estates Subdivision; custom lake front homes in Grand Bend; and numerous street extensions.

Whatever the job, Jeff works tirelessly to ensure his clients’ satisfaction, considering even the smallest of details and delivering results on time and on budget.

Summing up his winning philosophy, Jeff explains, “I never build a home that I wouldn’t want to move into myself.”
